You have the right Return item within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unused and in perfect condition.

Fragile goods must be sufficiently packaged so that they cannot break during transport.

Danger! Desired letter keychains, surprise pendants, surprise bundles, and B-stock items are excluded from return.
